The 2doc license is valid for one tunnelling project. There are not time dependent costs as monthly fees, except in case of a maintenance contract. Each module is available alone or in combination with other modules. No additional software is necessary for the use of 2doc. Minor updates are included in the 2doc license.

Project specific adaptatation
Each tunnelling project is individual regarding geologic- geotechnical circumstances, geometry, documented data etc. Considering this fact, 2doc must be adapted to each project. This guarantees the optimal use during the project.

Training
Training of the users, which are doing the data entry, reduces the time to get familiar with 2doc and rises the efficiency. Trained personell has advantages in evaluating data, which are integrated in 2doc.

Support
A flexible support model is necessary, to react immediately on user defined questions. An online support (Live Support) enables us, to connect via web to the user, who needs support, and to communicate and discuss solutions via telephone and web.
Short videos inform the user on selected 2doc topics (data entry, data analysis,...). Support is charged on a time basis.
